Ingredients:

 1/2 tsp  salt
1 dl  water
60 g  One Whey® 
30 g  almonds
160 g  oats
30 g  macadamia nuts
1 tbsp  chia seeds
2 tbsp  raw cacao

 

Instructions:

1. Set the oven to 180 degrees (convection oven)

2. Pour One Whey®, oats, almonds, macadamia nuts, chia seeds, raw cocoa, and salt into a bowl. Stir thoroughly with a spoon. Then, pour the water into the bowl and mix well until the mixture forms smaller “clusters.” Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the granola for about 20 minutes, turning the granola a couple of times during baking.

Let the crispy granola cool before serving.
