Ingredients:

150 g | butter |
1 dl | coconut sugar |
1 pinch | salt |

Instructions:
1. Heat the milk to 37°C (98.6°F).
2. Crumble the yeast into a large mixing bowl, pour over the milk, and stir until the yeast has dissolved in the milk.
3. Add the butter in pieces, coconut sugar, and salt.
4. Add One Whey Isolate and flour.
5. Knead the dough vigorously until it feels smooth.
6. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let rise for at least 30 minutes.
7. Lightly knead the risen dough on a floured surface.
8. Divide the dough into four parts and roll out each piece into a large thin rectangle.
9. Spread with butter and generously sprinkle with cinnamon.
10. Then roll the dough into a roll and cut into pieces or twist into spirals.
11. Place the buns on a baking sheet, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rise for at least 30 minutes.
12. Preheat the oven to 225°C.
13. Brush the buns with egg and bake in the middle of the oven for 6-8 minutes.
