Banana bread

Vegetaraian, and free from nuts

Nutritional value per portion:

Ingredients:

1 cup

One Whey@ 

2 bananas
250 g  low-fat quark
2 1/2 dl fiber oats
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seed
1 1/4 dl honey
2 tsp baking powder

 

Instructions:

Mash the bananas with a fork and mix them with One Whey and the other ingredients to form a sticky dough (we recommend One Whey Vanilla White Chocolate).

Pour the dough into a loaf pan greased with coconut oil.

Bake in the oven for 40-55 minutes, depending on how gooey you want your bread.

Enjoy!

TIP: Serve the bread while it is still warm, either as it is or with butter, cheese, and jam.

 

One loaf yields about 10 slices. One serving is 1 slice.
