Ingredients:
1/2 dl |
peanut butter |
2 | bananas |
Topping:
1/2 dl |
coconut oil |
1 dl | cacao |
2 tbsp | agave syrup |
Instructions:
- Cut the bananas into 20 “coins” and place them on parchment paper.
- Spread peanut butter on 10 of them and then place the remaining 10 on top.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Mix melted coconut oil, cocoa, and agave into a smooth chocolate mixture.
- When the bananas are ready in the freezer, dip them in the chocolate.
- Optionally, top with cocoa powder.
One serving is 3 pieces.
