Ingredients:

1/2 dl

peanut butter

2 bananas

 

Topping:

1/2 dl

coconut oil

1 dl cacao
2 tbsp agave syrup

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the bananas into 20 “coins” and place them on parchment paper.
  2. Spread peanut butter on 10 of them and then place the remaining 10 on top.
  3. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  4. Mix melted coconut oil, cocoa, and agave into a smooth chocolate mixture.
  5. When the bananas are ready in the freezer, dip them in the chocolate.
  6. Optionally, top with cocoa powder.

 

One serving is 3 pieces.
