MCT is usually extracted from coconut oil and consists of medium-chain saturated fatty acids. These medium-chain saturated fatty acids are a unique form of fat that have been shown to have a wide range of positive effects on our health. You may know that MCT oil can either be used as an immediate source of energy or converted into ketones to fuel the brain. But do you know what other benefits this popular oil has? Let’s take a closer look at some of them.

Do you want to lose weight? Then it might be good to know that MCT oil can promote weight loss in several important ways.
